V&K has acted as German Counsel to certain Stakeholders in connection with the Financial Restructuring of Marelli Group

Marelli Group is an international manufacturer and supplier of automotive parts headquartered in Japan. Already in 2025, Marelli had initiated voluntary U.S. Chapter 11 proceedings to strengthen its financial position and facilitate a restructuring involving ca. USD 4.9 billion in liabilities. V&K advised in connection with the financial position of certain senior lenders.
