V&K acts as Local Counsel to Discover Exploration on Divestment of North Sea Upstream Asset

Vogelmann & Käppler Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB has acted as local German counsel to Discover Exploration PLC (“Discover”) in its divestment of a participation in gas fields located on the continental shelf in the German and Dutch North Sea (the so-called Gateway to Ems, or GEMS). Discover, which is backed by funds managed by Carlyle, sold the participation to Canada-based Tenaz Energy.
